Robert F. McConnell, Chief Executive Officer.
Rob McConnell has over 40 years of operating and executive management experience. With deep roots in business development and broadcasting, Rob has a proven history of success in growing businesses by establishing and communicating business mission and culture. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Telecorps Holdings, Inc., parent company of Wexler Video, Coffey Sound and Telecorps Sales and Leasing. Before that, he was Chief Operating Officer of Encoda Systems, Inc., a media technology company with over $150 Million in sales and 1000 employees worldwide. Prior to assuming that role he was the President and CEO for worldwide operations for Enterprise Systems Group, Inc., a predecessor company. Under his leadership the valuation of that company increased by over 300% in three years. He was involved in taking the company public, leading a going-private transaction, merging with an industry competitor and completing several bank financings.
Mr. McConnell has served as an expert witness in litigation in both state and federal courts in the areas of media, technology and misappropriation of trade secrets, and has deep experience in mergers and acquisitions and broadcast media, and technology. He is also Chairman of Indycoast Partners, a company providing strategic management consulting, and is a Cum Laude Graduate of Butler University.
Robert Clennan – Vice President of Sales
Robert Clennan has been with the company for nearly 20 years, working his way up from telemarketer to Vice President of Sales. A specialist in government lending with expertise in FHA and VA lending, Robert has been involved with the funding of thousands of loans and trained hundreds of loan Originators. In his current role, Robert is responsible for maintaining the stability of the company’s existing markets while expanding into other regions, as well as ensuring all loans are originated in a compliant manner. Robert has a Bachelors degree in Business Management, and he earned his MBA in the Executive MBA program at CU, Denver. He resides in Colorado Springs with his wife and two daughters.
Greg Grandchamp – VP, Wholesale & Correspondent Lending
Greg Grandchamp has more than 40 years of mortgage lending experience. Throughout his career, Greg has not only co-owned a mortgage company, but has also served in senior executive roles managing production and operations for companies originating $4 billion per year and more. Most recently, Greg served as one of Indymac Bank’s top producing Business Development and Area Sales Managers, as well as an Area Sales Manager for another national lender. Greg also served as an officer of California Mortgage Bankers Association for more than 7 years. Greg managed a $1.5 billion pipeline when prime exceeded 20% and mortgage rates were close to 18%.
